Shipping and delivery

All products sold on Coudre.Shop are digital content: sewing patterns in PDF format and video courses. We sell no physical products.

No postal delivery

No parcel is shipped, no physical delivery takes place and no shipping costs are charged, whatever the destination.

Immediate availability

Your files are made available immediately after payment is received: a download link appears on the order confirmation page and the same link is sent by email to the address given at checkout. The delay between payment and availability is a matter of seconds. If it takes longer, check your spam folder and email us at bonjour@coudre.shop.

Link validity

Download links are valid for a limited period indicated on the download page. We recommend saving your files as soon as you receive them. If a link has expired, write to us and we will send a new one free of charge.

Video courses

Access to the course area is opened as soon as payment is confirmed, for the duration stated on the product page. Login details are sent by email.

Sales territory

Our digital products can be purchased from any country. No geographical restriction applies, other than those resulting from the payment methods available.

Download problem?

If a file will not open, is incomplete or the stated dimensions do not match, email bonjour@coudre.shop with the pattern name and the problem. We reply within fifteen working days and provide a conforming file.
